Missed By Storms

Okie, we here in Winnipeg (and Manitoba in general) have been having a terrible drought this summer.
Time after time rain and storms have by-passed Winnipeg! I think it's beyond random chance, it's a conspiricy!!

That storm is about 200 miles from E-W and 100 Miles N-S
Notice the one gap in the rain? Right over my hometown!
It's been going on all summer long!
